1. general
1.1 This privacy policy applies when Easyserv Sweden AB org. no 556948-4628, Linjegatan 3D, 302 50 Halmstad, e-mail: info@easyserv.se, ("EasyServ") provides services via web or app (the "Service").
1.2 To use the Service, you must be at least 18 years of age and/or otherwise authorized to enter into agreements and agree to be bound by this policy.
1.3 By creating an account and using the Service, you approve and accept that Easyserv retrieves and provides information on your mobile phone, tablet or other equipment and processes your personal information in accordance with this policy. In order for Easyserv to provide the Service, you also agree, by using the Service, that information according to sections 2.1, 2.2 and other information regarding your connected equipment (heat pump and possibly other sensors) that you have allowed Easyserv to receive.
1.4 You can close your account with Easyserv at any time. You can close your account by selecting "Delete account" or the corresponding function in the Service or by contacting Easyserv in another way. Easyserv will then delete or de-identify information that can be attributed to you, with the exception of such information that Easyserv is required by law to preserve, normally for 5 years after you have terminated your account with Easyserv. The personal data is only retained to fulfill such legal obligations.
1.5 We process all personal data in accordance with the requirements of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. What data does Easyserv process about you?
2.1 Easyserv collects and processes personal information about you when you create your account and use the Service, such as name, contact information, housing type, household information (number of children and adults) and other information about the property such as heated living space, alternative heating sources and year of construction. Easyserv also collects information through its own or third-party cookies and other monitoring tools, see section 7.
2.2 Easyserv may also collect information from public registers and information that Easyserv receives from third parties. The third parties from which Easyserv collects information are typically manufacturers of, for example, heat pumps or insurance companies, and are used, for example, for handling warranty / insurance cases. By creating an Easyserv account, the user agrees that these suppliers disclose information to EasyServ and that Easyserv saves and processes the information for the purposes stated in this privacy policy. The user also agrees that Easyserv discloses the user's personal information to the third parties listed above to the extent necessary for the recipient to identify the user so that Easyserv can fulfill its service obligations to the user and that these third parties have the right to disclose information to Easyserv for the purposes stated in this privacy policy.
2.3 The processing of personal data according to sections 2.1 and 2.2 is carried out to provide the Service to you. Your personal data is only retained for as long as there is a need to retain it to fulfill the purposes for which the data was collected. Easyserv may save the data longer if it is necessary to comply with legal requirements or to safeguard Easyserv's legal interests, e.g. if there is a legal process. In that case, the personal data is only retained to fulfill such legal obligations, or to safeguard Easyserv's legal interests constituting a legitimate interest for Easyserv.

 3 Why does Easyserv process data about you?
3.1 Easyserv processes your personal data for several different purposes. Mainly, Easyserv processes personal data for the purpose of providing, administering, developing and customizing the Service and its functionalities, to fulfill the agreement with you. Furthermore, they are processed to ensure customer knowledge, to administer the customer relationship with you, and to meet security and other statutory requirements, to fulfill legal obligations for Easyserv. The data can also form the basis for market and customer analyzes, market research, statistics, business follow-up and business and method development, which takes place against the background of Easyserv's legitimate interest in monitoring and analyzing its customers.
3.2 Easyserv also processes your personal data to provide better and more personalized offers and services. For example, personal data and positioning data may be processed, combined, segmented and analyzed in order to provide information, offers or recommendations through targeted marketing about its own or partner's goods and services, which are tailored to the user's preferences, behaviors, needs or lifestyle. This is done in the light of Easyserv's legitimate interest in providing relevant information and offers to its customers.
3.3 If you do not want Easyserv to process your personal data for direct marketing, you can notify Easyserv in writing via the contact details in section 8.

 4 Third parties
4.1 Personal data through which it is possible to identify users, as well as information that the user has a relationship with Easyserv, will be disclosed to Easyserv's partners. The processing is carried out to fulfill the agreement on the provision of the Service to you.
4.2 Personal data may also be disclosed if it is necessary to comply with applicable legal requirements or requirements from authorities, this is then done in order for Easyserv to fulfill legal obligations. Furthermore, personal data may be processed to safeguard Easyserv's legal interests or to detect, prevent or pay attention to fraud and other security or technical problems, which constitute legitimate interests for Easyserv to carry out the processing.
4.3 Easyserv may also disclose personal data to companies that process personal data on behalf of Easyserv, i.e. personal data assistants to Easyserv, e.g. our IT suppliers, or to suppliers that Easyserv engages for Easyserv's marketing measures. However, Easyserv is always responsible for ensuring that your personal data is processed correctly.
4.4 Your personal data may be transferred to or stored in a country outside the EU / EEA, provided that an adequate level of protection exists or that Easyserv and its personal data assistants have taken appropriate protective measures, such as standard clauses or the Privacy Shield framework, see further ec.europa.eu/info/law/law-topic/data-protection_en. By creating an Easyserv account, the user agrees to the transfer and storage of his/her personal data outside the EU/EEA as described above.

5. Change of policy
Easyserv has the right to change this policy at any time. Easyserv shall with reasonable notice via website or app notify the user of future changes to the policy. If you do not accept the amended terms, you have the right to terminate the agreement with Easyserv before the amended policy enters into force. You terminate the agreement with Easyserv by closing your account with Easyserv.

6. The protection of personal data
You should always feel safe when you provide your personal data to Easyserv. Easyserv has therefore taken the necessary security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, change and deletion.

7. Cookies etc.
 7.1 The services on Easyserv's website and in the app use cookies and other technologies (hereinafter "cookies") to work properly. Cookies are used to enable Easyserv to keep visitor statistics and to improve the experience for you as a user. Easyserv also collects, analyzes and compiles information about the user's preferences and behaviors for the purposes and on the basis of the grounds set out in section 3. If you do not accept the use of cookies, you can configure your browser to not accept cookies. If you choose to set your browser not to accept cookies, Easyserv can unfortunately not guarantee that the Service will function properly.
7.2 When you download Easyserv's app on your mobile phone, tablet or other equipment, Easyserv needs to store and retrieve certain technical information from the equipment in order for Easyserv to provide and update the Service. By downloading the app, you agree that Easyserv stores and retrieves certain technical information from the equipment. The information is stored in order for Easyserv to fulfill the agreement with you to provide the Service. If you no longer wish Easyserv to store and retrieve the technical information, you must uninstall the app.

8. Rights and contact information
8.1 Easyserv is the data controller and is responsible for processing your personal data in accordance with applicable legislation. Easyserv has also appointed a data protection officer for personal data processing, see below.
8.2 You have the right, in accordance with applicable law, to request access to and rectification or deletion of your personal data, restriction of personal data processing relating to you, to object to personal data processing, and to data portability. You have this right free of charge. In the case of unfounded or unreasonable requests (e.g. due to repetitive requests), Easyserv may charge an administrative fee - you will be notified of this in advance. Easyserv will normally respond to your request within one (1) month of receiving it, requests are made via privacy@easyserv.se.
